This book include entries for wills, inventories, appraisements, estate accounts, accounts of sale, guardian accounts, committee accounts, trustee accounts, bonds, and other fiduciary records. The name of the Will Books and the page number on which the wills and the fiduciary accounts are recorded, are given in the index.

The book is arranged alphabetically. In each of the alphabetical section, the records start with Will Book A, 1838-1849 and continue through Will Book K, 1933-1935.
